Products
Our cellular PVC products are ideally suited for attractive and
durable interior mouldings (base/casings and others), low maintenance
exterior mouldings (brick mould, crowns, and others) and
long-lasting door and shutter components, and many other applications
where milled or finished wood shapes are normally used.
In today’s environment, consumers prefer the benefit of maintenance free, quality products
that add value and beauty to their homes. Cellular PVC is a durable building material that
works like wood but lasts much longer with lower maintenance, making it a more economical
alternative. Cellular PVC products outperform pine in impact strength, water absorption,
dimensional stability, screw-holding power, resistance to flame, and maintenance requirements.
Made to ASTM standards*, Vi-Lux mouldings are extruded from 100% UV stabilized,
high impact, virgin PVC foam.

We use the well-known Celuka™ extrusion
process that creates a solid surface skin
which is smooth and hard. This results in
millwork that is beautiful, hard, durable, and
resistant to dents and scratches. Our millwork
is manufactured with a smooth high-gloss
surface, so it does not need to be painted. Yet
should painting be desired, you can paint Vi-Lux
products with acrylic latex or oil-based paint.
Vi-Lux creates beautiful finishing work that
outperforms wood. |
| LOW MAINTENANCE |
CONTRACTOR-FRIENDLY |
- Exterior vinyl in all applications
for longer life.
- Resist most scratches.
- Easy to clean.
- No painting required.
|
- Bendable for odd shapes
and uneven surfaces.
- Easy to work with standard
power tools.
- Can be fastened with nails,
screws, or adhesives.
